I bought this to use on my gym lockers. High quality lock and works great! The numbers are very clear without my reading glasses, and the black background keeps the glare of the dressing room bright. It's very easy to change the combination. The numbers rotate very easily. IMPORTANT. I see some reviews that say the lock suddenly stopped opening. I thought it happened to me too, but I realized it was my fault. The numbers are open on both sides, so if you turn it over it will look the same as the front, but the numbers will be oriented differently. So if you set the numbers on the front but then accidentally flip them over and try to unlock them from the back, it would be a different code. I hope that makes sense. The way I tell the front from the back is that it says 'Fortlocks' on one side and not on the other. So when unlocking, make sure you are on the same page where you set the code. I attach two photos front and back without changing the numbers. You can see the numbers on the front are different from those on the back. I'm not sure if this has happened to others, but I definitely thought it happened to me until I realized everything had turned around! Since then I've done this several times, and each time I've felt, for a moment, "Oh no!". Then I realize I'm on the wrong side. So don't break those bolt cutters until you're sure you're on the right page!
