Cannot be a direct replacement.
Equipped with a 1991 Ford F150 4x4, single shock absorbers front left and right. The maximum compression height on them seems quite large. I had to fully compress them to install them. I'm concerned that the upward movement of my front axle will lower these dampers. Something to explore.
