ADVANTAGES: Cable WAS included. The multicolored beads have been individually wrapped to prevent them from mixing together. As the letter beads were mixed together, "minimal mixing" occurred. I believe they are 4mm. CONS: These are NOT the PEARLS pictured in the description. They are radically different colors. I doubt they are glass beads and they are EXACTLY colored (which means they will be over time). There are definitely dimensional variations (which can be a deciding factor depending on the project). TL:DR what you buy is NOT what you get. Look elsewhere for a quality set of beads.
