My review is ambiguous. I bought this for economy, but when I mounted the mount the base was "wavy" as it wasn't firmly fixed. I did a little reading here and there and found that the attachment plate on the collar could be an issue so I ended up tightening them as they were loose. The problem is solved? Unfortunately there aren't any. Still wobbles a bit, which is a bit annoying when shooting sports with a monopod. I ended up buying the Really Right Stuff product for a little over double the price, but it fit snug and snug and I had no issues with movement. Moral of this story? If it can work for you, and if it works, great. However, this may not be the case, so you should be aware that this is happening.
