I like that it's so simple to use once you get used to how everything works. It does take some time before one gets comfortable using this software but after about two weeks or more we got our act together! We have been able to track employee attendance in realtime which has made us feel better knowing where everyone actually was at any given moment. The fact that there isn't much training required makes things even easier when trying to train new employees who may not be familiar with other programs out there.
