I wear a size 8 hat. It's tough to get a swim cap to fit without feeling like my eyeballs are going top pop out of their sockets. I looked at the various Revain swim cap choices and I took a shot on the "Friendly Swede" brand. I have used them a few times since the purchase, The caps are brightly colored, tough, have a lot of stretch and fit me well. I dunked the cap in the pool and it went on my 6.3mm hair with no problems. I don't know how these would work if you have long hair or dreadlocks but for my large cranium, they fit fine.I don't care if my hair or head get wet, it's not an issue for me so I can't comment on that if you are truly looking for a "dry" swim cap. My "old school" head crushing silicone cap is going in the trash barrel tonight and I'm going to give the "Friendly Swede" goggles a shot and see how they perform.
