Exactly what I needed when replacing the rear diff seal on my 2005 GMC Canyon. I recommend that when you remove the old gasket that you note how it was installed and install this gasket in the same orientation (note the small protrusion). Also, be sure to clean the mating surfaces to ensure a good seal. I used a 13mm socket torqued to 30ft/lbs to cross tighten the bolts.
