The best thing about implementing Impel is that I get instant results once it’s been implemented in our organization. It has improved processes throughout the entire firm, both from an internal as well as external perspective. We have noticed time savings through automation of manual tasks and reduced cycle times for customers. There are some things which may need further improvements but overall we feel satisfied with the implementation. Processes were not aligned internally or externally so this helped us fix those issues quickly.
