Great lamp for places where you don't need a large lamp with a shade. It took me a few tries to find the right bulb for this as the tint is clear and most bulbs don't work properly without feeling glare. I wanted an LED light bulb to save energy but they were all too bright. I ended up buying this one (ANYQOO T45 Edison Tube Light Bulb Antique Bulb E27 E26 Cap 110-130V 40W Warm White , Tubular Clear Glass Bulb Home Lights Decorative Dimmable), https://amazon.com/dp/B01MRZMIFA/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1 and adding a built-in lamp dimmer to control the brightness. The lamp I bought is great thanks to the clear glass and being able to lower the wattage makes it more energy efficient. Anyone considering buying this bulb should note that the shade is fully transparent and then consider what type of bulb you are buying.
