The best thing about this tool it's simplicity of use. It has everything that one needs out-of-the box! We are solving issues related with project management (scheduling). This software helps us solve all our problems by giving us access to many features which were previously impossible or difficult to achieve within other tools we've used before. I don't have anything negative to say - great product overall! If you're looking into creating a new system then definitely look at their demo version first! You will be able to understand what they offer beforehand so there won't be too big surprises once you decide whether it fits your business requirements.
