I really like this background. Firstly it's thin so it doesn't keep unrolling when you try to install it... The background isn't sticky so you need to add your own sticky product, sticky products like SeaView... But what if you don't have SeaView glue to have? That's where my (and others who have been using this hack for years) DIY hack comes in... 1) Find some petroleum jelly lying around your house. 2) Apply a liberal amount of petroleum jelly to the center back of your tank. Now spread it evenly on the back of your tank with some toilet paper (I wouldn't use a paper towel as paper towels are made of microscopic glass, mostly fiberglass, which will scratch your tank). 3) Now place the background on the back of your aquarium. Tank. Use a plastic spatula/credit card or metal ruler to smooth out any bubbles. 4) Tape the edges of the backdrop to the back of the aquarium with clear tape. That's it, you're ready to go.
