Everything else about this tool seems well made except for the part I needed most - the 10mm socket that goes into the 17mm hex fits. I've read mixed reviews about it including breaking the 10mm socket but others have had better luck even with an impact wrench. I soaked PB Blaster threads for two days while waiting for the part to arrive. Unfortunately that didn't help either. Not sure how they could have changed the design due to the limited space but maybe a stronger material would have worked. The pulley is still attached to the alternator so the search for a good tool continues.
