Poor Quality Control - Poor Seal
The lid looked fine when I opened the package until I took a close look at the seal. The surface of the black gasket is of very poor quality, while the defective cover, which is still attached to the vehicle, looked absolutely smooth on the surface of the gasket. Close-ups tell a story.
