Review on Online Giving by Alan Massey

The ease of use, how simple it is to set up an online giving page for your organization! And also being able to track donations from multiple sources (ie., direct gifts vs gift cards). There are some minor glitches that could be addressed in terms or user-friendliness but I don't think they're deal breakers as much as others have stated here. We like having all our financial information consolidated under one platform so we can easily see where money comes through each month/year without needing several spreadsheets etc.. I love that online giving is easy to use, it's so simple to set up an account with multiple donors and churches. We also have been able to easily update our database when we've needed to change something in the system. None. The only thing I dislike about the system is how quickly you lose donor information if you don't use it regularly. Most churches I know of are using online giving for their donations and/or tithes. It makes it so easy to give to them as well as keep track of what they're giving.
