I saw someone in a boat group posting about this new beach anchor and decided to give it a try. To say I was pleasantly surprised when I received the anchor is an understatement. This item is high quality! Great design and craftsmanship, the WavesRx definitely beat it and for the price I honestly haven't seen anything better on the market. I've pulled out my 19" boat twice in the last month and used a new anchor on both occasions. held my boat for hours without moving an inch. I have tried another brand of bolt anchors in the past with limited success. It started to move slowly for the first 30-40 minutes with moderate movement and I had to put it back in. That's almost every hour to keep the excitement going. I ended up ditching this old anchor and now it's gathering dust in my garage. The WaveCobra anchor is a keeper and I love how light and compact it is.
