There are 2 types of cables: bo7ck4kflr and bo7fy9z9gd. In the first case, when your USB has enough power to run the firestick, and in the second case, the connection requires a direct power supply. I ordered the previous one and it didn't work. The company responded immediately when I had to return the product. The company sent the last one overnight. The product works great. Would have no hesitation in recommending the product and customer service as outstanding.
