This product survived 3 cooks and melted - smoker never went above 275 degrees
This product has settled well in a new smoker after the initial seasoning and alcohol cleaning. Withstands only 3 broths at a temperature not exceeding 275 degrees. The smokebox and smokebox melted and started leaking on the 3rd smoke. The first two cooks worked great and sealed the smoke, but then it didn't come out well. The smokehouse was kept under a canopy between the cooks.
