Review on Peugeot Elis Sense U Select Pepper by Justin Hollins

Having several Peugeot pepper mills that have lasted for decades I needed another one and decided to go with an electric version. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of use after daily use multiple times a day. You need to follow the assembly instructions carefully and meticulously, and there are these 2 tabs that need to be gently pulled out after the batteries are in place. It's a little tricky to set up, but the results are worth any investment of time. The coffee grinder has a very nice fine grind and is equipped with an LED light that illuminates whatever you add to the pepper. It comes with a small plastic stand for a counter or table. I have a serious suggestion: after you grind the pepper, tap the device lightly and more pepper will fall out of the coffee grinder's grinding discs. This is a wonderful product for adding pepper to meat, dishes in the kitchen when it is difficult to use 2 hands. I use this grinder to simply pepper steaks and dishes before cooking. In many cooking shows, chefs show the chefs processing a raw steak and then picking up the pepper grinder without washing their hands. Solving the problem of applying pepper with one hand is now easy with this article. I've had other pepper mills fail after a few years and I trust Peugeot's products.
