Fits exactly like OEM! Works perfectly! Before removing the door airbag, be sure to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. The new slider is in the down position. You'll need to use a pigtail or something with an external power supply to lift the window clips on the regulator so the screw holes align near the top of the hub. Attempting to connect the battery with the airbag removed may illuminate the airbag warning light on the dashboard. I used a charger with Simpson 260 ohm meter wires which matches the motor perfectly. It's a DC motor, so red goes to red and black to black one way, and red goes to black and black to red the other way.
