About 3-4 brews and no complaints. I have tested boiling water and ice water several times and found it to be between 3-5 degrees. I don't spend money on Wagyu steak so that's more than enough for me. If you're cooking quality meat, get a more expensive thermometer. for me and my garden fun this is completely normal.
