I ordered a gallon at first because I wanted a gallon a day. Carrying around a gallon jug of water became a problem. It was too big for my 5ft frame, heavy and just plain painful, especially when you're away from home all day. Decided to try a half gallon. PERFECT. Love it. Easy to carry to the gym, work, errands, etc. all day long. I only fill up twice. The pitcher isn't big either. However, I am not interested in motivating words. My day starts at 4am, so that time means nothing to me. The bracelet is excellent. The integrated handle is perfect for the gym, the straw is good, and the lid stays in place. No leakage. I prefer clear bottles to metal bottles. I like to see how much water I have left. Also, I like to see that nothing is floating in my water.
