Review on License Smoked Novelty Silicone Protect by Onur Donovan

Frame purchased in November 2019 had to remove the frame in May 2020 to update my annual sticker. I tried to carefully remove the caps, but the cap could not be removed without tearing the screw's plastic insert. I'm not sure there is a better way to remove the caps without destroying the insert. I've used other similar frames with no problems. Unfortunately I had to remove the bezel to replace the year decal but the area is partially covered and I have no choice but to lower the decal significantly. Frustrating but I think this is part of the tamper protection (now I found where I posted the extra parts).
