I don't know about fasteners, I decided to use two mounting plates instead of fixing directly to concrete, but this is a great device, I'm very satisfied. Keep in mind the dimensions, I wanted a minimal depth unit and it would fit my rack mounting gear but with the rails all the way forward leaving no room for a wired door in the front but I was fine with that. .
