I don't know about mounting hardware, I chose to use two mounting plates rather than attaching directly to concrete, but it's a great device I am very satisfied. Consider the dimensions, I wanted a minimal depth unit and it fits my rack mounting gear but with the rails pushed all the way forward leaving no room for a wired door in the front but I was fine with that . .

I love the 13" depth, ideal for small IDF camps as well as simple compact network setups. Wish it came in different height units, would be nice to find one in 18U
