The seat went up slightly but the seat angle screws won't lock. The seat rocks back and forth while driving. Not comfortable and not safe. It comes with a small wrench for tightening the nuts, but that's useless given the torque required to tighten the nuts. You will need your own tools to do this. I tightened it as much as possible for fear of stripping the threads of the screws. It still swings like a seesaw. I think I should have given zero stars. The seat is practically unusable in its current condition. Better order something else, maybe spend a little more money for something better.
