My Shark Rocket got very hot during use. I've had it for 3 years now and I'm ashamed to admit that although I've cleaned the top and bottom after use I didn't know how to check the foam filter. Got it, it was gross. Tried to wash but decided to buy a new one. When I saw Green Vac Shop's bundle offer I was more than happy with the price of all the filters in the bundle. It arrived quickly and they even emailed me with a link to a video on how to change the filter. Then they asked me if I was satisfied. Great customer service, vacuum cleaner works like new! I can just recommend her!
