The best maid! UPDATE: EPIC FAILURE *LAST UPDATE*

So far this little helper is doing an amazing job. I've been using this robot vacuum for a week now and I'm very happy with its performance. I have 2400 square meters. Floor tile floors except wood floors in 3 bedrooms, plus 3 fluffy babies who think they live indoors most of the time (Red Doberman, Lab and Jack Russell). I also have higher pile carpets. and they are NOT slowing down this vacuum cleaner. The suction power of this vacuum cleaner is really strong because it doesn't have to work straight, but sucks in from the side as you drive by! It doesn't make a mess either. It drains, goes back where it left off, runs for 2-3 hours straight and for me it's a huge time saver! It's pretty fast and covers a lot of ground on a single charge. I bought this as a kit so the mop is included too! I love that I can seamlessly control both the vacuum and mop and even choose to auto mop cleaning after vacuuming the whole house from my phone via the ROOMBA app with no issues. Both the vacuum cleaner and the mop met all my expectations and given the price I hope it will last! My floors are SHINY and I love this new gadget! I think it was a lot cheaper than hiring a long-term maid. ROOMBA handled it but will update later if I need to eat those words. UPDATE: It's been 4 months since I wrote this review and I'm sorry to have to eat my words. My Roomba S9 sounds like a ratchet! Today he is LEFT after starting clean work everywhere. It started working and after 10 seconds. Said I had an internal communications error 25 and NEEDS A RESTART. I followed the reboot instructions and started it again but it's DEAD! DOES NOT CLEAN! EPIC FAILURE! Customer Service WHERE ARE YOU? Updated 5/9/21. I contacted customer service and told them what my issue was and they were able to verify the issue through the app as well. She immediately told me that they would send me a new robot and I would receive it in 7-10 days!🀩 I received it earlier and already set it up! So far, so good! I just hope this one doesn't do the same. Impressive customer service!
