Perfect OEM replacement, this is a genuine Mopar part, not a cheap fake, no installation problem. I took my time and spent about 2 hours from start to finish, the hardest part was getting the old one out. Remove fan, A/C condenser, overflow tank, upper/lower hoses, plastic pan, plastic side panels. I recommend a scraper and spare plastic connectors, some of these will eventually break, especially if they are more than a few years old. There were some plastic pads on the side of the radiator which I didn't put back on the new one, I would have had to alter them to fit and they didn't see much use so I threw them away. .
