Reach over to the side panel and simply plug the extension cord into the existing OEM trailer wiring port. Did. Long enough to reach the trailer plug. Stores inside with the spare wheel when not in use. Additional parts for vehicles without OEM trailer wiring connectors where splicing may be required. Excellent guide.
