I like that this product is not only able send emails but can also route them through different agents as well, which helps with customer service in general! It's great having all kinds options when it comes down tot he way we communicate internally within our organization too - no more sending multiple email addresses just because you want someone else or another department member involved/hearing what was said from your side first hand instead off being sent some sort text message at random times throughout day etc.-.
