Anana White Mail Channel - Great tool and great support team

I love that we can now send emails from inside our customer service system without having to use any 3rd party software, it's so much easier! It makes my life as a CSR 10x better when i'm able to answer questions or follow up with customers in one place instead of emailing them individually which is very time consuming at times (and sometimes impossible!). Nothing really - just make sure you know how this works before implementing because if something goes wrong it will be hard to troubleshoot…

  • Allows me access more information than ever previously possible via Outlook.
  • Easy way communicate between teams internally while also keeping documentation accessible

Very intuitive and fast setup process for contact management

I like how easy it is, because you can set up rules in minutes! It's very customizable so that we're able keep our processes fresh with new features as they come out or if someone needs something different than what comes builtin by default (like custom fields). There are some quirks here & there but nothing major at this point - just be open minded about things when setting them initially :) We've been using their service since 2013 without issue until now where one day all my contacts were…

Email Protection Plus Is Fantastic For Our Business

I think we've been using it since day 1, when they first brought in this service! We had no problems at all with their implementation or customer support - the entire experience was excellent. A few years ago there were some issues around file sizes being too big but that seems like those are sorted now because our filesize limit has increased significantly over time. If you're interested in having your email address protected & stored for future use then give them a try!! It's easy enough that

Great system for internal and external communications

I like that this product is not only able send emails but can also route them through different agents as well, which helps with customer service in general! It's great having all kinds options when it comes down tot he way we communicate internally within our organization too - no more sending multiple email addresses just because you want someone else or another department member involved/hearing what was said from your side first hand instead off being sent some sort text message at random…
