I love that we can now send emails from inside our customer service system without having to use any 3rd party software, it's so much easier! It makes my life as a CSR 10x better when i'm able to answer questions or follow up with customers in one place instead of emailing them individually which is very time consuming at times (and sometimes impossible!). Nothing really - just make sure you know how this works before implementing because if something goes wrong it will be hard to troubleshoot & fix issues quickly/easily. We're using A3C2S for all internal communication within Customer Service.
