Disappointing - works but uneven bottom - Bread in a large oven at 350 for 36 minutes is always perfect - Turbo at 400 for 35 minutes browns the top and bottom remains raw - I got it at 350 within Tried again 38 minutes same result bottom sticky raw hard crust above - baked chicken with veggies same result overdone top undercooked bottom - tried bread on short rack with expander because I thought heat would circulate below - no luck = so be ready to turn on the baking in the middle to make sure it cooks thoroughly.
