I've seen different versions of these, the most expensive ones. I looked at a few reviews on the subject and decided to give it a try. so glad i did this. This opener has a foil cutter that works quickly and won't ruin the cork. Then push it one way to insert the corkscrew into the cork, push it the other way to remove the cork from the wine bottle, and push it again to remove the cork from the bottle opener. Yes, it takes 4 batteries, but I've used it for several months without changing batteries. I actually hurt myself with another popular corkscrew. Using this wine bottle opener is quick, easy, takes up little space and I love it! I even bought a few more for Christmas gifts. Definitely recommend!
