This kit did not include a screw and lock washer on one of the pulleys. I reused the screw and lock washer. I used a small flathead screwdriver to pry open a pair of wings on the washer and slowly rotated the washer. Then lay the washing machine on the floor and tap it with a hammer until it is completely flat. Use a small deep socket and a hammer to reinstall the washer. The bolt and washer were over tightened, but if I had known that beforehand I would have bought a new lock washer. The tensioner only had two screw holes, but it fit and tightened. I researched that the new tensioner is a replacement for the GM tensioner. My 2001 Silverado has a set of serpentine belts that don't squeak or have any problems. I hope this helps you with your desire to purchase this kit. I only gave 4 stars because it would have been better if the screw and lock washer came pre-installed. Update the tensioner that is starting to squeak and replace it with the one that came with the bolt and fasteners.
