What I liked the most were the recipes I came up with to use in this machine. What I hated the most was a piece of junk. When I took it out of the box I wasn't impressed. Thin thin metal. The top and bottom skewers are not aligned vertically. The pins and tension knobs are VERY small and awkward to use. The speed controller didn't do anything on the first start. A speed. NO slow or fast. Item will be VERY HOT! Seems uncertain. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Underwriters Lab, where are you? I'm trying to return or get a refund. It sat too long before I used it so just out of the return window but if it didn't work today it wouldn't work the day it arrived!
