Review on 12 inch Black Lodge Cast Iron Dual Handle Pan by Samuel Browning

Excellent frying pan. I was struggling to get good numbers on this item prior to purchase, so here they are: Lodge L10SKL 12" Cast Iron Skillet with 2 Handles, Measurements Exact: 12 1/8" OD on top. Outside diameter at the handles: 14 5/8 inches. Outer diameter at spout: 12 3/4 inches. External Height: 2 1/4 inches. Bottom OD* (flat area between radii) approximately 9 1/2 inches. Top Inner Diameter: 11 3/4"; Bottom Inner Diameter (flat area between radii) 10". Inner Depth: 2". *Bottom OD is only included because according to my research some people cook with the pan upside down, although I do Haven't seen an example of this in practice, 9 1/2" I think is a useful flat surface that you could theoretically cook on.
