This works great with that big wheel you have in your garage but will also work wonders with smaller ones. I use it to finish and deglaze Dremel grinder attachments as well as those used on the larger Craftsman Mold Maker's Grinder (like the Dremel tool on steroids). This extends their service life and saves on replacement costs. They practically do not affect the dressing. Just follow the directions on the packaging to get a smooth or rough texture on the sanding disc.
