My husband is careless when it comes to grilling. So I clean up after he "cleans up". Well, nothing after using these amazing rugs! They ensure a more even grill heat, retain juices and flavors and prevent food from falling through the grate. We also love the fact that you can turn any meat over and over again and it leaves searing hatch marks. We have a new Weber gas grill, model 310 Spirit. Larger than the competition, these mats cover the entire grill so nothing falls through. They're as easy to clean as laying them on newspaper, folding the sides in so they don't drip, and cleaning them in the kitchen. Magic! Just read another review about using it as a furnace liner! I usually use foil but I will buy another set to protect the bottom of the oven. I am for low maintenance. Thank you boss Karon!
