It will fall apart in less than a year
The first issue is that I have tried two of these belts and although they fit me as expected I had the following issues.1. The brackets open for the most commonly used holes.2. Glued skin peels off.3. It stretches in a weird way unless you change the direction you put it. I recommend you only use this belt if you are looking to lose weight and plan on wearing it for less than a year. It falls apart quickly.
