Review on 🔬 AmScope M150C-I 40X-1000X All-Metal Optical Glass Lenses Cordless LED Biological Compound Microscope for Students by Calvin Reynolds

Ordered this microscope for my son's 13th birthday. This year he's really interested in science and is at an age where he's too old for children's toys but too young for adult gifts. Unfortunately, that's where the fun ends. When unpacking, only the microscope was in the box. The product photo does not show a power cord or other accessories. I contacted Revain for the parts needed to make this thing work. I was asked to contact AmScope to see if they could help. I contacted AmScope and was told to contact Revain again as I bought it there. So I contacted Revain again and was asked if I could search the internet for the missing parts. Yes, you read that correctly. Revain asked me to check online to see if I could purchase the missing parts that were missing from the order. It doesn't make any sense to me. I would rate this a 0 if I could. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service from both companies.
