Review on 🌊 Premium Sea to Summit Lightweight Dry Sack: Versatile All-Purpose Dry Bag for Adventures by Ananta Crowley

I purchased this bag in May 2021 to replace my previous Sea to Summit bag which had lasted over seven years. I have used this bag maybe 5 times and was very disappointed to see that the needle fell out when I was at the beach and I was unable to close the bag and protect my phone during my stay. When you contact the company, you receive a standard email saying they will contact you in about five days. The bag was used so little that I was shocked by the poor workmanship. What I want to hear from this company is that they apologize and send a replacement part or a new bag immediately, not that I have to wait five days for them to contact me! In the meantime, I don't have a waterproof case to protect my phone. The bag still looks like new, it's definitely not the quality of the bag I bought about seven years ago. Still, I really like the bag, I just want it to last. If the company contacts me and does the right thing I'm willing to change my rating but for now I'm giving them one star for poor customer service and workmanship. A really good company always STANDS for its products!
