I've been a fan of Starbuck egg slices for quite some time since I learned how to make them at home with this nifty accessory for my favorite instant pot . In a word, fabulous. I can select the exact ingredients, of the exact quality and taste, and experiment to find new favorites. Cooking for myself saves money, lets me know what I'm eating or serving, and is a lot of fun. Good for me, good for grandkids, and good for breakfast, lunch, or snacks. Highly recommended. I'm sure there are many uses beyond egg bites, although so far I've only been more than satisfied with this item in a few variations.
