long loved the product plugged it in and filled it with ice and milk, expecting a light great milkshake instead had to send the ice to a blender. a spindle with a spoon that has absolutely no downward thrust. it's just a round, flat disc the size of a nickel that just spins. no mixer attachment. it basically sucks. In the end I removed the cup and finished mixing with a spoon. I think if the blender head was cut in three places like a cake and each corner angled up and down it would create attraction and blend much better. I can make a mod myself and let you guys know how it ends
