That does not work. Cheap plastic.

Having bought this over the holidays I only got the chance to open it at the end of February. The first thing that struck me is that the top is made of cheap, lightweight, brittle plastic, not metal like the vintage models. I have read the instructions, connected and switched on. Nothing. The engine doesn't even hum. It doesn't work at all. Repackaged and hoping for a refund. I do NOT advise against buying it. Complete disappointment.

PAY FOR SOMETHING BETTER

Again, you get what you pay for and this product is nothing more than a TOY! It's a horribly cheap, horrible design and I'm sure it's going to break at any moment. I guess I should have known the price was too good to be true. Cheap price and cheap product. I can't wait to see when I'll have to claim the warranty I bought with it. God what a monumental waste. They should almost completely melt the ice, and even then there will be a load on the engine. You can smell it when you heat it up

I didn't care about performance

I returned this milkshake maker. I didn't like its features and the fact that you can't remove the mixer. I felt like I had little control and couldn't mix the ice cream and milk the way I wanted. I only use one hand and didn't like that the cup had to be planted for the device to turn on. As I said earlier, I have returned this item. And let me add that my first job was in an ice cream shop, so I'm pretty good at making milkshakes.

it doesn't mix, only mixes in the middle

long loved the product plugged it in and filled it with ice and milk, expecting a light great milkshake instead had to send the ice to a blender. a spindle with a spoon that has absolutely no downward thrust. it's just a round, flat disc the size of a nickel that just spins. no mixer attachment. it basically sucks. In the end I removed the cup and finished mixing with a spoon. I think if the blender head was cut in three places like a cake and each corner angled up and down it would create…

Do not add biscuits, chocolate, etc. Syrup only.

I sent it back because while it looks great on the countertop it is not suitable for making milkshakes. You can only make shakes where you only add syrup to the ice cream and milk, or only ice cream and milk if you don't add the syrup. You cannot crush biscuits, M&Ms, crackers and the like. It doesn't seem to be able to shred these items, even when I pre-ground to make the cookies a lot smaller (which you should be doing for any ice cream maker anyway). He sent all the biscuit pieces to the…
