Review on ChargerCity Vehicle Suction Cup Mount & Bracket for Nuvi 2555LMT, 2555LT, and 2595LMT GPS - Compare to Garmin 010-11773-00 by Michael Tran

From time to time I take my Garmin on trips where I use it in rental cars. Last month I accidentally left an original Garmin mount on the windshield of a rental car (as far away as Salt Lake City) and didn't realize it until I got back to the east coast. My option was to ask a friend in Utah to drive an hour to the airport to pick it up from the lost property office and then spend more dollars to mail it to me or buy it from ChargerCity. I think option A would cost more (gas, time and shipping costs). So I ordered from ChargerCity and received a replacement in no time. This replacement was not originally made by Garmin but is a good copy of an OEM product. The suction power of this replacement is actually slightly better than the stock Garmin. The strut itself fits fairly well (but be sure to lock the 2555LMT securely with the bottom lugs; it's easier not to miss the lock with this replacement; but rest assured it's a great replacement for those who need it at a reasonable price). I wasn't too happy with the shipping cost, but that's another question entirely.
