Received this morning, opened the package and found the following upon inspection. The tip, the cutting end, had burrs on the outside edges. There is significant shank runout on each bit. When comparing the resulting hole diameter of a 3/16 size drill to a higher quality drill, both the Comoware drill and the more expensive drill had a shank diameter of .1860 inch. However, the resulting hole diameter of the Comoware drill was 0.1900 inch, while the more expensive drill's diameter was 0.1860 inch. The difference, in my opinion, is only in the hitting (hitting) of the bit shaft. These bits are inexpensive and therefore have average performance. Update April 6th 2020, I'm wrong, they do a decent job. My complaint was because my expensive Rockwell drill, bought in 1978, broke. I made a big mistake by buying an American product instead of a quality Chinese drill at a much better price. I now have a Chinese bench drill for comparison and these bits work as expected. Sorry for the error in the rating.
