It is not easy to find an application that can integrate seamlessly in your practice workflow but dentems does it! I really like how easily they are able to manage all of our patient records within their system as well as other staff members' files so we dont have duplicate information or confusion about who has access when accessing documents across platforms/systems (patient info).

Their customer service team always responds quickly via email which makes things easier than dealing face-to-face sometimes. Also great value considering there's no monthly subscription fee unlike many competitors out there - you get what you pay for :) The only downside would be if some functions were unavailable outside of desktop software i guess? So far everything seems fine though nothing majorly negative thus far either :D We're using this primarily just to keep track of upcoming appointments etc., however it also allows us quick links directly into patients EMR / MOPAR.
