This headset is a very comfortable and qualitative improvement over several other headsets I have used. I use it for my online video conferences (training courses, committee meetings, video chats with friends, etc.). The sound quality is excellent, both indoors and outdoors, even with a single in-ear speaker, and my interlocutors say the microphone quality is excellent. It is easily adjustable and unobtrusive. The headset sits comfortably on my head and on my ear without slipping (another brand headset kept slipping off my ears, a horrible fit that required constant adjustments which prompted me to look for this new headset ). I am delighted with this product and highly recommend it.
