Good quality! But? on aquarium pumps and filters

Excellent quality, price and delivery but they are NOT stainless steel as advertised. They are made of chromed brass. However, if you don't need stainless steel for corrosion protection, these are great valves. The chrome plating offers some protection, but it's likely the interior isn't plated, so it's more for looks than function. You're good with water or air, but be careful with other targets. I use them successfully in medical research; they are well made and work perfectly. I intend to keep them in our inventory.
